New Delhi, The country has registered over three lakh 48 thousand new COVID cases in the last 24 hours. The Health Ministry has said, a total of four thousand 205 deaths have been reported in the country within 24 hours, taking the toll to over two lakh 54 thousand across the country. This is the highest number of deaths in a single day since the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic in the country.
Meanwhile, the Indian Council of Medical Research has informed that over 19 lakh 83 thousand COVID tests were conducted within 24 hours in the country. So far, over 30 crore 75 lakh tests have been conducted
