After a prolonged phase of suspense at last former BJD leader Baijayant Panda has this evening joined the Bharatiya Janata Party at the party’s head quarter. He joined the party in the presence of party observer Arun Singh , union minister Dharmendra Pradhan and the state unit president Basant Panda.
