Raining fire on the Congress and other opposition parties who are questioning the recent surgical strikes by the Indian Air Force (IAF), Premier Narendra Modi averred on Tuesday that these critics – who are akin to a massive political adulteration – have collectively assumed the role of a poster boy for India’s western neighbour.
“The IAF action took place over Pakistan but trauma was experienced by some people in our country. They are busy in an international-level campaign for satisfying their political self-interest and are linking up with Pakistan where applause is audible for such activities,” the Prime Minister said while addressing the Bharatiya Janata Party’s Vijay Sankalp Rally in this district headquarters.
