In a significant political development former Congress Chief minister Hemananda Biswals daughter Sunita Biswal joined the Biju Janata Dal(BJD) today. Chief minister Naveen Patnaik inducted her into the party fold when Sunita along with former Congress MLA Naba kishore Das and their supporters met the chief minister and BJD supremo at Naveen Nivas. Patnaik said the joining of Sunita who was the working president of Congress party for Sundargarh district, will strengthen the party.
