Real Estate Bar Association: Real Easte disputes are now the need of the hour. Therefore, to a formal meeting was convened by the Advocates practising in the sector of Real Estate in the state of Odisha at Pantha Nivas, Bhubaneswar to discuss about aims, objects and reliefs to all stake holders in the state of Odisha.

In the said meeting, more than fifty actively practising Lawyer’s in the Real Estate sector have participated and vividly discussed to form a Bar Association for Lawyer’s practising in Real Estate sector to facilitate the stakeholders of this sector.

Accordingly, “THE REAL ESTATE BAR ASSICIATION, ODISHA” has been formed, which is first of its kind. To have active legal practice in this field a By-Law of the Bar Association has been formulated by all Advocates present in the meeting one Executive Committee (Governing Body) is unanimously formed by the members present. The following members of the Executive Committee are unanimously selected.

Joint Secretary – Sri Biswaranjan Pattanaik

Apart from the above Executive Body members, the Advocate members present in the meeting are Chitta Ranjan Ray, Akhilesh Mishra, Sikta Sidharth Mohanty, Binayak Subudhi, Gopinath Sahoo, Ashok Pattanik, Soumya Ranjan Pradhan, Aveejeet Das, Jitendra Panda, I.J. Begum, Ashok Kumar Mishra, Pabitra Mohan Pratihari.

At the end of the meeting Sri Silabhadra Sastry, Vice President of the Association has rendered vote of thanks and expressed that, this Bar Association will unitedly work for the betterment of the society at large and the members and other stake holders of the Real Estate Sector in particular and will uphold the majesty of the Lawyer’s fraternity and Constitution of India.
