Around 1:30 AM, the woman, who was accompanied by her male friend, was intercepted by four men in a car. Despite her friend’s efforts to intervene, the abductors attacked him with a weapon, leaving him seriously injured. They then forcibly took the woman away and fled the scene.
Police have launched an investigation and are reviewing CCTV footage from the area. The injured male friend has been admitted to a hospital in critical condition. Even after nearly 10 hours, the police have been unable to trace the woman’s whereabouts or identify the abductors. The motive behind the abduction remains unclear, and the woman’s condition is yet to be ascertained.
