Rozgar Mela 2024: In a landmark initiative, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi distributed more than 71,000 appointment letters to newly recruited individuals in Central Government departments and organizations via videoconferencing today. Addressing the gathering, PM Modi reflected on his recent interactions with Indian youth and professionals during his visit to Kuwait, emphasizing the significant role young talent plays in driving the nation’s development. “Today marks a new beginning for thousands of youths. Your dreams and hard work have culminated in this moment,” he said, congratulating the appointees and their families.

The Prime Minister highlighted that the government has been proactively working to expand employment opportunities, setting a record of offering nearly 10 lakh permanent government jobs in the last year and a half. Shri Modi emphasized that India’s path to becoming a developed nation by 2047 rests on the hard work and innovation of its youth.
