NIRF Ranking-2025:: As a mark of its commitment towards all round excellence, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bhubaneswar has jumped 15 spots in the in the Engineering Category of NIRF 2025 announced yesterday and has secured 39th Position in this Category. In the Overall Category, it has jumped more than 20 spots out of the 101-150 rank band, featuring in the top 100 institutions of the country with an Overall rank of 80.
Commenting on this outcome, Prof. Shreepad Karmalkar, Director of the Institute, said: “This steep improvement in IIT Bhubaneswar’s position in the NIRF Ranking is an encouraging recognition of the collective efforts of our faculty, staff, and students. While this reflects our steady progress, we are committed to further strengthening our ecosystem of teaching-learning, research, industry-academia collaboration, entrepreneurship, teacher education and social responsibility. We will continue to strive for even better performance in the coming years.”
