Conveying best wishes to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy for entering into his office for the first time after taking oath, on Saturday, All India Newspaper Employees Federation (AINEF) thanked him for making first signature on the document approving renewal of Journalists Health Insurance Scheme.

AINEF Vice President Chaladi Purnachandra Rao in a statement here said the Journalist Community in the State were happy at the Chief Minister’s gesture for making first signature on the Journalists Health Scheme renewal document.

“By making first sign on the Journalist Health Scheme document, the Chief Minister highlighted how much importance he is giving for the welfare of media persons and the journalists in the state.

All journalists in the state convey profound gratitude to him” Mr Rao said.

The Journalist community in the state are optimistic that the new Chief Minister with the same gesture would take steps to resolve the long pending issues, including construction of houses, allocating house sites and granting pension to the retired journalists, the ASINEF Vice President said.
