Kolhapur, Nov 17 (UNI)Ten-day long, 17th All India Inter-university Employees-Vice-chancellor T20 cricket competition would begin from Monday at ‘Kridamaharshi’ Meghnath Nagrshkar sport complex ground in Shivaji University campus, a statement said on Sunday.
According to the statement, Vice-chancellor of Shivaji University-Kolhapur Devanand Shinde said that total 20 university’s employees teams from the country including three teams from Punjab, three from Jammu and Kashmir, two from Haryana and one each from Rajasthan, Delhi, Himachal Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh, along with eight University of Maharashtra, would participate in this ten days long cricket tournament.
Mr Shinde further said that former vice-chancellor of Swami Ramanandtirth Marathwada University, Nanded would inaugurate the competition, which would organised as per BCCI code, the statement added.
