Staying ahead of others the Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee(OPCC) has put its cards on the mats.The OPCC chief Niranjan Patnaik has issued orders to district party presidents to suggest three names taking the clues from the zonal presidents taking care of each candidate’s winning prospects. After which the names shall be sent to the party’s national president Rahul Gnadhi, Patnaik said talking to the media today.
