BJP has taken bold and fast decisions for national security, development: Javadekar

New Delhi, Sep 8 (UNI) The BJP on Sunday said the Modi 2.0 is the perhaps only regime so far who has taken numerous bold and fast decisions for development of economy, uplift of poor, strengthening national security and bringing transparency in any governance that too in just 100 days. “In first 100 days, the Modi government has taken decisions of historic importance. The preparations for these decisions began before the elections and path breaking targets were set for the first 100 days,” Union Minister Prakash Javadekar told a press conference on completion of 100 days of the Narendra Modi government.

Delineating the achievements of the Modi government, Mr Javadekar said the biggest decision was taken by Prime Minister Narendra during first 100 days was revoking the Article 370 and 35A and the formation of union territory of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh. It has been only 35 days and only a few minor incidents have taken place so far, the Minister said, adding that situation was limping back to normalcy.

“One of the important result of the decision was that Pakistan has approached several international organisations, including the United Nations, but the entire world is with India,” he added. He said on health sector, the government scheme Ayushman Bharat has proved a boon for the poor. On the occasion, the Minister also released a booklet “Jan Connect” — Furthering India’s Development, 100 days of bold initiatives and decisive actions.
