In T’gana it is Siddipet administration promoting a lucky draw on phones or bikes to ensure maximum turn-out of voters for the poll in Dec. Siddipet in a Telengana bastion which in 2014 was with KCR’s nephew, former Irrigation minister Harish Rao.
