In a jibe at Prime Minister Narendra Modi over his not having held a press conference since becoming PM, Congress President Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday said he (PM) should try holding one someday as ” it’s fun having questions thrown at you”.
In a post on social media, Rahul also took a jibe at the PM for his extensive election campaigning.
”Dear Mr Modi, Now that campaigning is over, hope you can spare some time for your part-time job as PM.
Its been 1,654 days since u became PM. Still no press conference? ”
Posting on his Twitter handle pictures from his press conference in Hyderabad on Wednesday, Rahul urged Prime Minister Modi to try holding a press meet someday.
”Some pics from our Hyderabad PC today. Try one someday, it’s fun having questions thrown at you!,”Rahul said.
