It was step forward for the chief minister of Odisha who in his bid to get closer to women has got a resolution passed in the Assembly unanimously giving 33 % reservation to women in Assembly and parliament. This will empower women , Patnaik said adding that it was a historic day as members ‘ of the assembly have unanimously passed the resolution on Tuesday.
