A man in US who was often teased by friends for having a beer belly was in fact having a 35 kg cancerous tumor in his abdomen. When he, Hector Hernandez realised it and went to a doctor was diagnosed with a cancerous tumor which took the doctors 6 hours surgery to remove the tumor.
