Kalinga Literary Festival has announced its annual awards to recognise brilliant literary work at different levels. These awards to be given In the four segments: ‘Kalinga Literary Award’, ‘Kalinga Karubaki Award’, ‘Kalinga International Literary Award’, and ‘Kalinga Literary Youth Award’. Veteran writers Pavan K Verma, Rajendra Kishore Panda, Paro Anand to be conferred with ‘Prestigious Kalinga Literary Awards of 2019’.
