It was all in smoke when the delivery boy of Mumbai’s ESIC’s Kamgar Hospital noticed the fire, abandoned his bike and requested the firemen if he can join them. He dared the thick smoke-filled fourth floor alone and brought the ladder and rescued ten people out from there.
