Russian President Vladimir Putin said that special attention should be paid to strategic stability issues now that arms control and non-proliferation regimes are in danger.
“In the current tough situation, when international security and order are facing significant challenges, you, the diplomats, have serious and large-scale tasks to solve … Special attention should be paid to strategic stability maintenance, given that arms control and non-proliferation regimes are currently challenged,” Putin said in his congratulation for Russian diplomats, who celebrate their professional holiday on February 10.
Putin also called on Russian diplomats to enhance their efforts toward Eurasian integration processes development and toward expansion of the Eurasian Economic Community’s external links.
