A coaching centre was sued for negligence in teaching by a young doctor who failed the AIIMS entrance for that reason. The doctor took up the matter with the district consumer forum in Hyderabad and the forum ruled asking the coaching centre to return the fee of Rs.45000 and compensation of Rs.32000 to the doctor. Even the syllabus was not covered, the doctor complained.
