Just some hours to go for the extradition of Vijay Mallya, as a sequel to his series of tweets to payback, Mallya in a fresh tweet said that, when he has offered and requested the bank and the govt to accept it, then the extradition should not be effected any longer. The fugitive liquor baron faces trial for the alleged duping of Rs.9,000 cr from Indian banks.
