Awareness is fine but it should not be stretched to a level as it happened in Jharkhand’s Palamu district. A 45 year old man was simply strangled to death by his neighbor who did not tolerate his act. After the defecation both had an altercation which led to strangulation of the victim Mangar Ram and the neighbor Chhotu Kumar.
