Cong has done Dalit vote-bank politics:Manoj Tiwari

Dalit politics

Delhi BJP president Manoj Tiwari on Sunday said Congress has done politics only in the name of Dalits and used them as vote banks, but only Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee and Narendra Modi from BJP have done works for their benefit.

Addressing the Dalit Yuva Sammelan, Mr Tiwari said, “Congress has shamed not only Dalits but also Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar. Not only this, Congress has also insulted the intellectual by not granting place for cremation forcing him to go to Mumbai for getting performed the last rituals.”

“It was Mr Modi who spearheaded the development of Dr Ambedkar International Center so that people keeping faith in him, could come to know more about the architect of the Constitution. Also, the Modi government built the panchteerath associated with Baba Saheb,” he said.

Mr Tiwari said Mr Modi is taking along all sections of society and choosing him as the PM will shape the future of India.

“BJP started “Start up India ” scheme for Dalits which helped them in getting loan of Rs one crore on only four per cent interest so that they can start their businesses,” he said.

Mr Tiwari asked all voters to vote on May 12 and vote for BJP and make Modi win who will guarantee peaceful life for five years.

Addressing the function, Jaibhan Singh Pawaiya said,” Congress and other political parties are ready to compromise their honour for miniscule benefit and somehow come to power but BJP will not let this happen.”

He also targetted Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal saying that what could be more ironical that a political leader with 66 MLAs is ready to bow down at the feet of a party having zero seats for an ‘alliance’.

Addressing the audience, organisation Secretary Siddharthan said, “Modi government has to be re-elected if changes are desired and therefore vote for BJP on May 12, a party which is concerned about people’s concerns.
