Congress leader demands union government to release of Rs 5000 cr as flood relief

The Congress on Wednesday released its third list of 20 candidates for the Maharashtra assembly polls . The list, cleared by the central election committee of the Congress, was released by AICC General secretary Mukul Wasnik.

The Congress had earlier released its first list of candidates for Maharashtra on September 29 while it had released its second list on September 30.
The assembly polls in Maharashtra are scheduled to be held on October 21 while counting of votes will be held on October 24.

The Congress  also released a list of 84 candidates for the Haryana Assembly polls with former chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda fielded from Garhi Sampla Kiloi and AICC media incharge Randeep Surjewala contesting from Kaithal.

The list, cleared by the central election committee of the Congress and released by AICC General secretary Mukul Wasnik, also includes names of senior Congress leader Kiran Chaudhry from Tosham and Kuldip Bishnoi from Adampur.

The list also includes names of Chander Mohan from Panchkula, Jasbir Mallour from Ambala city and Tarlochan Singh from Karnal. The assembly polls in Haryana are scheduled to be held on October 21 while counting of votes will be held on October 24.   (UNI)
