Delhi high court has ordered the immediate release of the Congress leader Sushil Sharma who was alleged to have killed his wife by burning inside a ‘tandoor’ hearth in 1995. The court has expressed anger why he was not released even after 20 years despite the apex court had found no evidence of chopping the wife’s body after the alleged murder.
