In a gruesome incident, a family of five members from Mysuru committed suicide by allegedly shooting themselves in a private resort near Gundlupet here on Friday. District Superintendent of Police Ananda Kumar told media that a case has been registered and investigation into the circumstances which led to the extreme step is going on.
The victims were identified as Ompraksh, Nagaraja Acharya, Hemalatha , Neketha and a three year old kid. “All the deceased had come to the Resort three days ago and Omprakash, had reportedly shot all the other four of his kin before killing self,” police added. (UNI)
