Recovering from a pancreatic ailment the chief minister of Goa, Manohar Parrikar was shown in a picture where he was shown inspecting a bridge at the Mandovi river with a tube in his nose. Parrikar in fact is still under treatment for the pancreatic issue which was detected few months back. Undeterred by health issue he had inaugurated the NIT campus a day before.
