Such criminals are die-hard and never to reform self. The authorities now repent after releasing the 28 year old prisoner on Gandhi Jayanti, who was in jail under Arms Act and many criminal charges. He was released on grounds of good conduct. Sadly, once released, he killed two and at last to come back to the same jail and this incident has raised the eyebrows among authorities.
