In a time when the entire country is facing a storm named ‘NaMo’, Bengali actor Kunaljeet Mitra is all set to portray his life on screen. In an upcoming Supriyo Sinha directorial, Kunaljeet will be seen playing Narendra Modi. But for cinematic purpose, character name has been changed to Agniswar.
Kunaljeet, who is very known face to Bengali audience is now planning to step forward in Bollywood too. The protagonist of so many mega-serials and films, Mitra is also working with legendary Gajendra Chauhan in an upcoming Hindi film ‘Rishtey’. Interestingly, Governor of West Bengal Keshari Nath Tripathi penned two songs for ‘Rishtey’.
Kunaljeet said, “It’s no doubt a matter of pride to get a chance to play a living legend like Modi Ji. I have given my 100 per cent for ‘Pradhanmantri’ and if audiences like my endeavour, it will be a moment to cherish for me. ‘Pradhanmantri’ is eyeing a late this year release.
