The unique and never to be replaced singer Lata Mangeskar, the continent’s nightingale, has taken exception to certain misinformation saying that she would retire from active singing. Interestingly, a Marathi song saying that ‘it is time to rest now’ sung by Lataji, was posted in Social media, triggering sadness among fans. Reacting to it Lataji has said ‘I don’t know who started it’ adding ‘where it all came from’?
