Delhi police arrested a man who dared to masturbate in a running bus in front of a girl student. When her shouts went unheard and none helped her she thrashed the man and called the police which arrested the man for such a cowardly act of outrage. The incident took place on Tuesday last when the bus was going to Vasant Kunj.
