As per the parliamentary Standing Committee recommendations the minimum wagwe for all the sectors will be made compulsory, either organised or not.It has to be enforced strongly, as per reports. Any non adherence will invite penalty of Rs. 10 lakh and no worker can be forced to work more than 8 hours under any circumstances. the minimum wage shall be revised every five years.
