Pilgrims at Kumbh mela narrowly escaped an accident on Tuesday night after Pontoon bridge was damaged. However the traffic through the bridge was seized after the incident and the repair work was on full swing. According to executive engineer, increased in water flow such incidents are normal. The normal traffic will be started till today night, he added.
