Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday announced that prepaid electricity meters will be provided for people who are living on rented accommodation and it will be applicable for domestic use.
The prepaid electricity meters will be installed under new ‘Mukhyamantri Kiryadaar Bijli Meter Yojna,’ Kejriwal said at a press conference here.
The people who are living on rented accommodation will not need NOC from their landlords for installing the prepaid electricity meters.
