Making a frontal attack on the issue of disappearing of the Rafael files Congress President Rahul Ganhdi took a jibe at the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi making the latter responsible for the Rafael scam . Gandhi said that if the files on Rafael have disappeared then the PM is coming under the purview of the law and must be interrogated because he was directly linked in the Rafael deal. Rahul made a tongue-in-cheek remark on the ‘gayab ho gaya’ saying that under the NDA rules everything like employment, black money and several other things are getting ‘ gayab’, He demanded a probe in which the PM must be a party.
