Night temperatures were markedly below normal in
some parts of Gangetic West Bengal and were appreciably below normal
in some parts of Himachal Pradesh,Jammu and Kashmir,north interior
Karnataka and were below normal in some parts of Haryana,Chandigarh

Pradesh,Rayalaseema,Tamil Nadu and were above normal in some parts
of Assam,Meghalaya,Nagaland,Manipur,Mizoram,Tripura,Gujarat region,
Chhattisgarh,Telangana,Kerala and in remaining parts of
Odisha,Madhya Pradesh,madhya Maharashtra,and south interior
Karnataka.
Night temperatures were normal over the rest of the region.The
lowest minimum temperature recorded in the plains was 6.9 degrees
celsius in Amritsar of Punjab.
Very dense fog observed at isolated places in Uttarakhand and
moderate fog observed at isolated places over
Assam,Meghalaya,Nagaland,Manipur,Mizoram,Tripura,and Himachal
Pradesh.
The visibility recorded at 0830 hours IST on Wednesday is as
follows: Mukteshwar–25 meter; Kalpa and Tehri–200 meter each;
Sundernagar,Shimla,Majbat,and Aijal–500 meter each.
Thunderstorm along with lightning is very likely at isolated places
over Arunachal
Pradesh,Assam,Meghalaya,Nagaland,Manipur,Mizoram,Tripura,West
Bengal,Sikkim,Bihar,Odisha, Jharkhand,Uttar
Pradesh,Uttarakhand,Haryana,Chandigarh and Delhi,Himachal

Squally wind speed reaching 40-50 kmph is very likely over northwest
Bay of Bengal off northern coasts of Odisha and West
Bengal.Fishermen are advised not to venture into these areas during
next 24 hours.
