Stalin removes Duraisamy as DMK Deputy General Secretary

Chennai: Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) president M.K. Stalin, here on Thursday, announced removal of V.P. Duraisamy as the party’s Deputy General Secretary.

In a statement, Stalin said Duraisamy had been removed from the post of Deputy General Secretary and Member of Parliament Anthiyur P. Selvaraj in appointed in his place.

The removal comes couple of days after Duraisamy’s meeting with Tamil Nadu BJP chief L. Murugan.
