Acclaimed fitness model Karan Oberoi, who was awarded as the ‘Top Fitness Model of 2018’ by Hindustan Times Brunch Magazine and ‘Best Physique’ at Mr India International stresses to treat your body as a temple.
While speaking exclusively to UNI, Karan who is cognizant of the daily routines of the people living in metropolitan cities, shared his valuable experience which would help people attain a healthy life.
“A simple and disciplined life which are a combination of diet and right targeted exercise yield the best results”, Karan said adding that junk food, alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited to fetch you the desired results.
He feels only an hour in the gym doing focused workout is enough.
For diet , he recommends drinking four litres of water each day, 6-7 small meals in a day which should lean heavily on protein. “Drinking green tea between meals for detox and avoiding bad carbs like white bread, ice cream etc speeds up the process”, Karan further said, who has also recently turned vegan.
“Such a great physique does not come easily which is a reason while we see so many Fashion Models but very few fitness models”, he added.
Karan is a MBA and has worked with popular brands like Reebok, Royal Enfield bikes, Fashion Big Bazaar, British nutrition health supplements, Spunk sports wear and Isuzu Car commercial.
Being one of the most followed fitness model on Instagram, he also tries to educate and motivate people through his channel. (UNI)
