While delivering the extradition order for the fugitive liquor baron Vijay Mallya a UK court in its observation said that ” he is glamorous, flashy, famous, bejewelled, bodyguarded, ostensibly billionaire playboy who charmed and cajoled these bankers into losing their common sense” . Meanwhile the court also said that he will not face any human rights issue in Arthur Road jail.
