It came as a surprise for many when Nitin Gadkari told the media that it is not fair to call Vijay Mallya a thief for one default. He said that for 40 years he was a sincere at refunding loans and suddenly he defaulted then ” it is not fair to call him a chor (thief ). Mallya is charged with a bank loan fraud of Rs.9,000 cr.
