For the past two years, Nimantran has been a culinary destination, delighting patrons with the rich and diverse flavors of Odisha.
Since its inception on 03rd September 2021, when it was inaugurated by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of OdishaShri Naveen Patnaik, ‘Nimantran’ Odia Cuisine Restaurant has been on a journey to showcase the culinary heritage of Odisha, offering a delectable array of traditional dishes prepared with passion and authenticity. From the mouthwatering Pakhala to the exquisite Dalma, Nimantran’s menu has been a true odyssey through Odia cuisine.

On this occasion, a Cake was cut in presence of Officers and Staff of OTDC as well as the Guests visiting the Restaurant. Divn. Manager (Finance) Abhijit Swain, Divn. Manager (Marketing) Prashant Panda, Divn. Manager (Personnel) Dr. Alok Mishra, Divn. Manager (Transport) Ranjan Mishra, Superintending Engineer Sunil Behera, Executive Chef of NimantranSanjoySarkar, Manager Nimantran Bhubaneswar ChittaranjanMallick and other Officers and Staff were present on the occasion.
