CM Felicitates Sudarshan Patnaik: International sand artist Sudarsan Patnaik was felicitated by Chief Minister Shri Mohan Charan Majhi at Lok Seva Bhawan today for being awarded the prestigious Sand Master Award of the United Kingdom.
It is noteworthy that Shri Patnaik became the first Indian to receive this award at the International Sand Art Festival organized in Weymouth, Dorset region of the United Kingdom. Shri Patnaik showed the Chief Minister his medal, certificate and a photograph of his sand art.
The Chief Minister expressed his happiness and called him an asset of Odisha and expressed hope that he would bring more glory to Odisha and the country in the coming days.
The Chief Minister felicitated Shri Patnaik with a bouquet of flowers and an Uttariya. The President and Prime Minister have also congratulated Shri Patnaik for this success.
