It is home away from home on the sets of Ranju ki Betiyaan

Mumbai, Being a part of the television industry is not easy, especially during such times when there are several limitations and challenges to work around with including being away from home, from family and loved ones.

Aarushi Sharma who is currently seen in Dangal TV’s Ranju Ki Betiyaan however has a different story to share.  She shares that her days on sets would not have been the same without her on-screen sisters Monika Sharma and Roopal Tyagi and that the entire cast and crew of Ranju ki Betiyaan have made each other feel home even when away from home.

Sharing about her bond and how Aarushi spends free time with her co-actors, she says, “Honestly, we are not just a family on-screen but we share a very strong bond off-screen also. Now that we are shooting outdoors, we are spending a lot of quality time together. Whenever I am free and have nothing else to do, I jump to Monika (Chauhan) didi and Roopal (Tyagi) didi’s room to pass time.

We talk or watch something together. We also jokingly call ourselves the ‘moon’ family as every day after dinner, we take a walk and gaze at the moon. I feel very close to Monika didi as I think we have similar personalities. She has taught me yoga and has helped me learn some new asanas as well.

She is aware that I don’t like meditating, so she skips meditating when we are together. We instead do some cardio. At times, Adiba (Hussain), Karan (Khandelwal) Bhaiya and Jeevansh (Chadha) bhaiya and I race against each other. We mostly end up laughing our hearts out and have a lot of fun while we burn some calories. I honestly wasn’t very fond of working out but my co-stars have made me fall in love with it. It makes me happy now.”

It’s fun seeing co-actors spend quality time together, bond as a family and encourage each other to stay fit and healthy.
