He assured that the government is making strides in ensuring access to necessary treatments and medicines, urging citizens to stay vigilant and avoid substance abuse to prevent the disease.

In his visit to Garha village, Madhya Pradesh, PM Modi laid the foundation stone for the Bageshwar Dham Medical and Science Research Institute. The hospital, designed to provide free cancer treatment to underprivileged patients, will feature state-of-the-art medical equipment, chemotherapy services, and specialized doctors.

The estimated cost of the project is Rs 200 crore, with the facility expected to be completed in two to three years. PM Modi expressed gratitude for being invited to Bundelkhand twice in such a short time, calling it a blessing from Hanuman Ji. He noted that this transformation from a faith center to a healthcare hub will benefit the region.

At Bageshwar Dham, the Prime Minister lauded Pandit Dhirendra Shastri for his efforts in promoting unity and spreading positive messages. He took aim at those who mock Hindu beliefs and try to undermine Sanatan Dharma, accusing them of spreading division and aligning with foreign forces to weaken India’s cultural heritage.

PM Modi also spoke about the mass wedding initiatives organized by Bageshwar Dham for economically weaker sections. He appreciated the noble gesture and expressed heartfelt blessings to the 251 couples getting married during Maha Shivratri, wishing them a prosperous and happy married life.

On the ongoing Maha Kumbh in Prayagraj, PM Modi highlighted its spiritual and cultural significance. He noted that the event, held once every 144 years, has united millions of devotees, showcasing India’s unity and faith. He stated that the Maha Kumbh would continue to inspire future generations as a symbol of national togetherness and religious harmony.
