ICC Women T20 World Cup: The ninth edition of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup is set to begin tomorrow, in Sharjah, UAE. India will play its first match against New Zealand on 4th of this month. A total of ten teams will take part in the marquee event, which will be played between Third and 20th October.
India is in Group A with Australia, New Zealand, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka. Group B consists of Bangladesh, England, Scotland, South Africa, and West Indies. The Indian women’s team are yet to win an ICC event and it’s a great opportunity for Harmanpreet Kaur led team to open the country’s account.
