Mumbai, Dec 7 (UNI) A special CBI court here on Friday reserved its order till December 21 in the Sohrabuddin Shaikh and his aide Tulsiram Prajapati twin alleged “fake” encounters and rape-cum-murder of Sohrabuddin’s wife Kausar Bi, in Gujarat.
The arguments by both the defence and prosecution concluded before CBI special Judge S J Sharma.
The arguments in the case were taken up on December 3 and ended on December 5, following which the court reserved its order.
The alleged “fake encounters” of gangsters Sohrabuddin and Prajapati, and the disappearance of the former’s wife, Kausar Bi, took place in 2005-2006.
