Spiti: The highest ice skating rink in Himachal Pradesh at an altitude of 3,720 m has been set up in remote Kaza town in the Spiti area. State Agriculture Minister Ram Lal Markanda will be inaugurating the rink spreads over 50 metre by 35 metre on December 20.
