Breaking news: Lockdown in India may be extended, perhaps, and logically so

After the reports saying that the Prime Minister Narendra Modi having said that, most of the feedbacks suggesting an extension of the lockdown in the country, it appears that the PM may go in favour of continuing with the lockdown.

Several chief ministers have already requested the PM to extend the lockdown in view of the COVID-19 menace all over the country shows no sign of fall in the number of the cases and the deaths as well.

Even the Prime Minister has reportedly told the opposition that, most of the feedbacks he is getting are in favour of an extension of the lockdown.

It has spread from state to state although despite all sincere steps taken by the Centre and the States as well. And with just two weeks left, it, so far, looks unlikely that, the blitzkrieg of the deadly virus would die down so soon.

On top of that, despite all appeals made by myriad spectrums to strictly adhere to ‘social distancing’ as the major tool to keep the virus away from further escalation, people at several places have failed to follow the guidelines although a majority have shown a complete ‘stay home’ attitude to make the lockdown a success.
