New Delhi, Nov 25 (UNI) The Supreme Court on Monday reserved its order on the petition filed by Shiv Sena, Nationalist Congress Party and Congress against Maharashtra Governor’s decision to invite BJP’s Devendra Fadnavis to form government in the state.
A special bench of Justices NV Raman, Ashok Bhushan and Sanjeev Khanna, after hearing the arguments of all the parties concerned, said it will pass its order at 1030 hrs tomorrow.
In its plea, the Shiv Sena-NCP-Congress alliance demanded a floor test as soon as possible, while the Maharashtra government sought time till 14 days for it.
