Odisha government’s COVID-19 spokesman Subrat Bagchi in his press briefing on Tuesday reiterated the caution required to be continued as regards the cooperation from people from the people of the state.
On behalf of the chief minister Naveen Patnaik, he thanked the children of the state who have excelled over the adults in maintaining restraint on movement, which is really a good example. The CM was correct saying that, the children must to follow convince their seniors to follow suit.
Bagchi besides elaborating on the scenario all over the world in the grip of the Coronavirus, expressed Odisha government’s concern for the ones who have taken part in the Nizammuddin‘ Jamaat’.
Before concluding his briefing he said that all the retailers, shops etc relating to fodder for animals have been directed to keeps the outlets open.
That was a pertinent point but, in his briefing the concern for the animals on the streets or animals who make several tourist spots as their habitat was missing.
What is required that, the government must make extra provisions for such animals out in the open. Be it cattle, dogs, simians or even those may suffer in the hot climate looming on.
People working for animals can be roped in to do the identification and distribution etc for such animals.
